The reason why I stopped making fitness videos
I never fully addressed the question of why I stopped making fitness videos. The short answer is… I quit for my mental health, my confidence, and my emotional health.

My entire wellbeing took a beating over the course of a decade. People were constantly commenting on my body, questioning why I didn’t look the way they thought a fitness instructor should look. They said I was too chubby, too skinny, and not muscular enough. They said my butt was too flat. Why didn’t I have a 6-pack?
I screenshotted some of the comments to give you an idea of what I was seeing on a regular basis.
And it wasn’t just the comments. Maybe I could have handled that. But when other content creators started making videos about me not only to say the same things but also to purposefully paint me in a bad light because they knew putting “Blogilates” in their video title could draw more views and therefore more Adsense ($), why would they stop?
I didn’t know these people yet they talked about me like they knew everything about me, oftentimes making up lies to make a point. The thing with the internet is – everyone has an opinion – and the loudest ones usually win, regardless of the facts. Unfortunately, their opinions started poisoning my confidence until I had none left. I am so sorry but I had to leave to save myself.
I didn’t need it anymore
I didn’t know for sure that my last fitness video would be my last. What I did know was that I didn’t need this anymore. So I decided to just change up my content and show you more of my fashion design side.
And do you know what happened? I never got another negative comment about my body.
Thank you for being nice
Stepping away from fitness videos opened my eyes to how toxic the fitness industry really is. The comment section has an entirely different vibe now, and I’d just like to thank you. Every nice comment is helping to slowly heal a very broken part of me.

Cassey, thank you so much for being authentically you and creating this community. Over the years I always randomly go to check and see if you posted any new fitness videos, hoping to see a new one someday. But as much I miss your fitness videos, I completely understand you stepping away and I’m so happy to hear it helped you to heal. I started exercising in February 2021, going from never moving my body and sitting at home working remotely to making sure I move my body at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week for my own mental health and to build strength. Your Pilates kit at Target started that. Your 21 day tone challenge strengthened that. Your beginners calendar, your summer sculpt challenge, all of this made me the healthier and stronger person I am today and I can’t thank you enough for getting me off my butt and achieving the goal of just consistently moving my body. You got me to lift heavier weights, you got me to do pushups, you got me to do a 200 ab challenge. Cassey, without you I would’ve never felt confident or strong enough to start Apple Fitness in summer ‘21, then Peloton strength and cycle classes in Jan’23, Solidcore, and other strength classes. There isn’t a target weight or look I try to go for, I only look to become a healthier and stronger me and I never forget who inspired me to do so. I’m so happy to see how far you’ve come with Blogilates and always know if you ever decide to step back into making fitness videos, I’ll be one of your viewers again, along with so many others, and I only hope the positivity of those whose lives you’ve changed drown out any negativity that gets thrown your way. Anytime I hear prayer pulses, 100s, curtsy lunges, I still always think of you, my OG fitness instructor!
Thank you for all the fitness videos that you created for us. I started doing Pilates, actually, even doing any kind of exercise, only because of you. I felt so proud finishing my Beginner challenge and then later on the other monthly challenges – especially when I managed to do your cardio videos. I thought I’m not made for sport and you showed me that I may be. Since then I carry the love for Pilates and yoga with me and it’s been about 10years now.
It never occurred to me that you don’t look how you should on those videos, I just saw a friendly girl who makes the videos so fun and entertaining (and challenging as well, let’s be honest).
But I understand now how difficult it must have been for you and I’m sorry this is what you had to endure.
However, it’s great to see how your dream of being a fashion designer has become true! 🙂
But once again, thank you for your Pilates videos ❤️ They showed me that I can love doing exercises.
I think you’re brave doing what you thought was bwst for you. May we all get to that point. Keep doing your amazing work, can’t wait to see what you come up with in the future. Until then, take good care of yourself. I started the app workouts today and I really enjoyed them. I’m sorry peopke can be so mean. Youre doing great! Thanks for all that you do for us!
You are amazing, Cassie! I’ve followed you since you were in Boston. You have guided my fitness journey through the decades and I am confident and strong thanks to the work you have graciously shared. I do love you fitness clothes too! You are the best instructor and I’m sorry you had to go through this difficult time because of mean hearted people.
I’ve been following your videos since 2013, and they’ve been such a source of motivation and joy. As a mother of five, it was often hard to find time for myself to work out…but your efficient, impactful videos made it possible. You helped me get real results without spending hours in the gym! I wish I had expressed my gratitude more often over the years because your authenticity, creativity, and positivity have truly made a lasting difference in my life. Thank you for continuing to inspire with so much grace, strength, and heart
Wish I could give you a warm tight hug right now! I stumbled on your videos after being stuck at home with a toddler (now 16) and I could not go to the pilates studio. They were so good and on top of that I felt like I had a friend right beside me encouraging me and feeling the burn while doing the exercises together. Thank you for being YOU! Thank you for being nice to me!! You always gave me that boost of confidence in all your videos. I smiled and felt beautiful and amazing during and after each workout!
Been watching your content since 2020, You’re perfect just the way you’re, ignore haters comments and shine brighter like you always do, Been fan of your designing always, you’ve a dream body, You go gurll..♥️
I think I should buy your hoodie bc it looks really cute btw, you slayed that design
Cassey, I am so sorry this happened to you! I am 16 and your workout videos always inspired me. I am a petite flat ass, skinny 99lb girl. Seeing someone else workout whose body type is similar to mine made me want to workout more. I understand the comments completely! I always get them being either too skinny or too small or too bulky or fat. I hope your mental health gets better and that you continue to push through! Don’t allow others’comments to affect you. You are beautiful and special. You inspire young people like me! PLEASE DON’T STOP BEING YOU!!!!! No matter what people say!. Your clothes has given me more confidence in my small body!
I’m so sorry you had to deal with all that. I think you are amazing, and I have been following and doing your workouts since 2018 after I had a bad experience at the gym, and they work absolutely great, BODY IS TEA! You are beautiful, you are smart, you are enough. I am rooting for you and sending lots of love your way <3
With love,
Sophie from Kenya
I love your videos! I find you very upbeat and motivational! Keep up this new chapter in your life!
Remember: People who trash you are simply jealous of your success! They are insecure persons who think the need to trash others will make them feel good about themselves. But in the end it will only serve to make them feel EVEN MORE empty inside.
I have been a follower from day one. I always loved doing your videos because you have always been real and people connect with you because you are genuine. The hate comments are coming from people who lack something important and that is love for themselves. Know that you have changed lives for the better and still have fans out there who love you and follow you. I am always so happy and proud each time I see how successful you’ve become. I will continue to follow your videos regardless of your weight because you are a wonderful trainer, and now a great fashion designer. You have so much to offer and I am so sorry that the negative comments have affected you to this degree. I wish you continued success and well being.
Aww I’m sorry you had to go through that! But with all honesty I loved your videos! You made me feel normal. The videos were a great workout and easy to follow. I used your videos to help me get back in shape! I still use your videos to this day! Also I wish I could get some of your clothing line at the target in my area but they don’t sell your clothes here?? Anyway love what you do!
Cassey, this is really sad and unfortunate, because your videos are SO nice and challenging. I liked that you didn’t do the apparently impossible things, and that you weren’t always ripped. You are SO strong and so beautiful and graceful and yet so normal looking that we normal people could feel encouraged and strong, too! I am so sorry it was such a discouragement to you.
Thank you for the video’ s you have given us for free for so many years. For more than 10 years I exercised daily, inspired by your video׳s because there was always one that would fit my mood that day. Long, short, beginner, abs, arms, stretches. Anything.
Whenever I wanted to give up on my daily excercise, your enthusiasm helped me to continue, every day, even if it was a video of 5 minutes.
Thank you for begin a role model, showing us that you do not necessarily need to be an athlete or contortionist or gymnast to be able to excercise, and that it is actually possible to improve flexibility and strength whatever age you are.
I am 66, able to do a split (thanks for the instructions), and am flexible and healthy.
I accepted the shape and abilities of my body, the flaws and the limitations and learned to be grateful to be in good health.
You did more for my daily wellbeing than any doctor or psychiatrist.
The only thing I wish for is that I would be younger and could comfortably wear some of the clothes you design, especially the short skirts 😎
Of course, I would love new videos from you but on the other hand, you created a huge library of videos of any excercise possible from which I (and anyone else) can borrow for many years to come.
It is a wise decision take time to recover from the battering and assaults of negative comments and the trauma.
Please, don’t forget, there are so many people who are grateful and thankful for what you did, how you did it and who you are. They far outnumber the haters, believe me.
I am repeating myself but still, again, a massive “thank you”.
Thank you for sharing so vulnerably, Cassey. My daughter is Pop Pilates certified and experienced similar comments – obviously not to the extent you did. She gave up for similar reasons. We still do your videos, though and feel strong and feminine because your plan works! Loving all the wardrobe choices 🙂 It’s our “go-to” wardrobe for almost any occasion! We love you.
Bottom line, people lack couth, respect and decorum. Also, someone who is in fitness industry, or a woman taking care of themselves would never post remarks so insulting, and for what purpose? You bring inspiration, and FREE material- You are not alone, in taking negative, not warranted comments to heart, instead of comments that bring value to you and to the posters.
Go elsewhere people, stop hiding behind computer with uneducated insults with no merit. Obviously they have problems, issues. I bet if someone says something them, what a different response from them it would be. Wondering if these are individuals who have signs in their yards or their “mantra”— BE KIND, we stand for yada, yada, yada
I have to say it saddens me that it affected you… yet, your videos and content and the fact that you had a REAL body made me feel better about my body. I’m a ballerina, and when i was diagnosed with Hashimotos, and my metabolism took a hit, it was reassuring to know i was just a normal body… i’m sorry it affected you, but know that youre beautiful and i miss your positive real attitude from the videos.
I love your fashion designs so much, I am glad your journey has led you here. I hate to see how you’ve been hurt, but inspired by your refusal to let it completely break you; instead you are creating a fashion line unlike any other I know of. You absolutely rock, and I hope you never lose momentum in life!
People can be so mean and sorry you had to be the object of their “mean-ness” You are a beautiful soul inside and out. blessings to you
I’ve been following your videos, content and your business for years and can say I am so sad to hear about your experience. You don’t deserve any of this from internet trolls who probably don’t leave their homes and sit and judge others.
Your content is always excellent, honest and just really cool. Well done for protecting yourself and keep doing all the wonderful things you are doing.
Good luck.
I am almost 74 years old, and at 61 I decided to start exercising again. I tried a lot of different fitness programs and used Blogilates quite often. One of my favorite workouts that I still use is the 30 minute abs workout dvd. I like the 3 sections and that “earthquake’ move.
Your exercise helped me to become more confident and try a variety of exercises. I tried rebounding several years ago and do a program that includes rebounding with weights. However, I do believe I improved the shape of my body more when I did Blogilates, Pilates, Barre, and traditional workouts.
You have helped many people, and I always loved your YouTube workouts.
You are an absolutely beautfiul lady. I hate that you got such negative comments… you aren’t fat, you don’t look ugly in the least. Ignore the jerks, they’re wrong.
Those people have issues with THEMSELVES, NOT YOU!! This breaks my heart because you are my FAVORITE person for workouts 💜💛 You’re beautiful & amazing!
I loved your fitness videos, it got me through my stressful 5 years of surgery residency and 3 years of fellowship training because I could work out in my tiny call room to you, a bad ass, happy, encouraging instructor!
Oh, Cassey I’m so sorry for you! Totally inappropriate for ppl to do or say things like that. I think you are beautiful inside and out, I love you!!
CASSEY, I am sad your whole life had to shift because of that toxic hatred. They suck and you rock!! I want to thank you for all you have done for me. I “met” you online during Covid and was so thankful!! Your exercises saved me in 2020 and made me feel confident in my body when I turned 50 that summer. I loved watching your home decor evolve and awaited/welcomed your dog’s presence in each video. You challenged me and my body, and reminded me it’s okay to enjoy yum foods (loved when you talk about your grocery adventures and meal/snack ideas). I want to remind you that those people SUCK. We both know that people who wrote those evil words are unhappy in their own worlds and are trying to drag people to their own crummy place – Hurt People hurt people. I grew up as a gymnast and I know you are a great example of how to treat your body with exercise n respect. Also, I have your backpack – the shiny trippy one, and LOVE IT! Of course. I am rooting for you and Sam and your future success. But mostly, I hope you really take the time to be kind to yourself. Good therapists are magical and I hope you have one in your corner. You may find that this will actually make your life richer, in ways you never imagined. Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing your reality. In that manner, you will attract genuine people to your world. I know living in CA makes that even more challenging but you are wiser and stronger than you ever imagined. Thank you for setting a great example of how to stand up for your soul in these TechnoTroubled days. Sending you a hug from Colorado 🥰
Always loved your workouts, they made me stronger and more happy. I really miss working out with you and your optimism and energy, but i undersrand your reasons. Thanks for all the workout videous that you made.
Love your videos. The internet is a shameful place. People rarely post words of encouragement or support. And instead of just scrolling on some people feel the need to be nasty. I wish that every time I watched a video I posted something positive instead of just liked it. You would have seen you have far more support than you think. I am glad you made the right choice for you.
I always loved your workouts! Please return on you tube! 😍😍😍
But we miss you you know. Because I was listening to you and yoy made me have a nice posture the advice over the exercises was so good! And people they can be bad, most propably the ones who judged had a bad health and body, even if they are skinny which is not healthy. (And I am not overweight )
I’m italian and I enjoyed following your videos, and sometime I’ve been wondering why you haven’t posted any new video. now I understand why. It’s hard to tolarate human ceuenty. but, and now I quote Dante, our greatest poet, “let us not speak of them, but look and pass by” (non ragioniam di loro, ma guarda e passa). have a good life, Cassey
I’m so sorry that people treated you like this, your videos were, and are, excellent and gave me the confidence to get moving! I still use them now. Don’t let others jealousy or spite get to you, their insecurities are not your problem xx
You followed the path destined for and your workout clothes are the best Cassey. My granddaughter introduced me to your videos many years ago and my three daughters did them too. You made ripples in my family and we all loved them sooooo much. I am 63 now and I qualified as an instructor because of you. The internet trolls are unhappy people and they only pull people down who they believe are above them!
As a fitness instructor, I always recommend your videos to my students when they ask for home workouts. I’m super lazy to shoot my own, and yours make my life so much easier 😁 I’m so sorry some people are unkind and insensitive. For me, you are relatable, and I find your videos, programs, and fashion very inclusive, which is all the more reason I chose POP Pilates. Sending you love from the other side of the world xx
I have been watching your videos and have seen your journey pretty much since the beginning. You are an impressive, smart business entrepreneur and have always been beautiful!! You’ve always seemed to be someone who has tried to build up a positive community for women, and for those women to leave those disgusting comments to you, it leaves me speechless and horrified. You are beautiful, you are worthy and f*** anyone who has told you differently. They are not worth your time or energy.
Your fitness videos were what I started with mostly because they were short but full of your lovely energy. Never once thought about what you looked like or anything because I would be so busy feeling the burn from those workouts! I still go back to them every once in a while to feel your energy. Go glad you are healing.
Your fitness videos were excellent . I used to use your moves in my pilates classes, You gave me confidence to teach. Sorry you were subjected to such nastiness.
I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been through….
I think it’s the right decision to make cause we cannot control what people said.
But there are also many people love you and your workout videos including me! It really helped me to exercise! Thank you very much!!!!! I really enjoy watching your workout videos!
If it’s any consolation, I found you through your fitness videos and thought how amazing you were… to keep up the vibe and pace. Even if I wasn’t doing the workout as well as you, I kept going and even took breaks when my body couldn’t handle it. A bad workout is still better than no workout. I’ve made a playlist of some of my fav. workouts you’ve done, and I hope you still keep the videos up/online (even if you have to disable comments). Thank you for sharing your story with us and being real.
I’m so sorry that you’ve been subjected to all that, some people are just evil! Personally, I always thought you looked amazing in your videos, but I don’t blame you for stepping back though. I’m sure you feel better already. Wishing you all the best on the next stage of your journey, Sam.
Amen!!!
The only thing regarding your body that comes to my mind when I do your workouts is that I wish I was strong like you. Of course I’m sweating when I’m thinking that 😂 People should realize that every body is different.
It’s so sad that people don’t understand that being good at something doesn’t mean that you will be great at teaching it. Being able to teach people, motivate people, get people enthusiastic about fitness and working out, create a community is way more important than looking a certain way (which is hugely dependent on genetics, supplements etc). I personally loved that you were so real in your videos, Cassey! Talking about silly things like your fav ice cream made me feel like I am working out with a friend, and your workouts were really enjoyable!:)
Sad not to see new videos but the old ones still rock ☺️
I’ve been with you for about 10 years. I can remember Thanksgiving about 8-9 years ago doing your “Food Baby” workout before I went and stuffed my face. 😂
I’ve never understood the negativity. It was so nice of you to offer free workouts and free calendars. While I stopped using your calendars and workouts [i’d probably still use them if they didn’t have music] a long while ago, I love to read your emails/blog posts! You have a lot of great information and ideas.
I remember ordering one of your first ever timer water jug/bottle things. It broke after only about 3 weeks of use… but it was super cute.
I look at your yoga mats often because they’re so nice! I’m at a stay home mom with kiddos and a major budget to be able to stay home so I just can’t afford your stuff. That said, I do think the way you come out with new designs consistently, new ideas and different patterns for different designs is really neat. For those who can afford it, it’s definitely a great quality experience. I like it all! I day dream of one year getting to splurge on one of your planners!
Anywho, I’ve rambled enough. I’ve been here a while and I’m not going anywhere. I like your content! Whether it be fitness or fitness clothing.
I am so sorry to hear that. I think you and your videos are perfect. Will definitely miss seeing new videos but happy I can continue watching the old ones. And yes, after 10 years I still get sore! Best of luck in your next chapter.
Same here! I have a whole playlist and still do the old videos daily. So grateful they are still there. Love you Cassey and thx for keeping the old videos on YouTube. We all love them!
Cassey:
I am so very sorry to hear that. It is a shame that people are just so cruel. I am so sorry to see you go, but you have to do what makes you happy and content. I had just found your workouts.
The internet can be a really toxic place, especially for fitness content creators! It’s also sooo very easy for them to pass judgement without any repurcussions. While my friend and I (who have been following your fitness videos FOREVER! Since 2011!) are a little sad that there aren’t new videos out, we still get absolutely destroyed by your old videos. And there are SO many videos to choose from, so it’s easy to still have variety in making workout playlists (using the Blogilates app, ofc). As a long time popster, I’m glad you’ve found a pathway that works for you. Keep doing whatever brings you joy! <3
Dear Cassey,
I am really sorry you went through these negative feelings. I have been working out since 2013 with your workouts and you always motivated me and gave me the strength to push through tough workouts. My body was strong and I was as confident and happy with my body I have never been. Now after a long pause due to my little children I come back to your workouts. Your body was never an issue for me. I loved your positivity and encouragement to become stronger. Now I wish you all the best to heal that broken parts.
This is utterly horrifying and yet it seems to be common in the world we live today. I hate this for you. You’re a beautiful human, inside and out. Good for you for taking care of yourself and protecting your mental health.
Cassey, I am sorry to hear you have received such toxic negativity and had it projected onto you for sharing your passion to help others.
I would just like to leave you with this: your mental wellbeing is not only vital but critical to living YOUR life. The impact, when it infiltrates can be damaging. I believe life is hard enough. In a world where we as human beings can be anything, we should be kind.
If people cannot be kind, they should not comment.
Give yourself a hug and remember, know your value, not from what the critics or haters spew out but from what you have internally.
My friend sent me this quote used by various people: Life is tough my darling, but so are you.
Keep going, you have done and will continue to do remarkably well.
Your videos on YouTube are what started my fitness journey, probably 10 or so years ago! I never once thought you shouldn’t be teaching a fitness class because you looked a certain way. I appreciated the approachable way you would teach, and it made a newcomer feel like they could start! If you ever go back to it, you will be great, and if not, I wish you continued success.
This makes me so sad. You are such a great instructor. Really miss being able to watch new videos and learn from you.
I’d just like to say Cassie that your fitness videos have made a huge difference to my fitness journey and now at the age of 59 I am stronger than ever but not quite as slim 😂. You were an inspiration during lockdown for me and my husband and he would never have done pilates without you. Please don’t ever underestimate your positive influence on sooo many people. You are gorgeous and real and I thank you so much,
Jen xx
Cassey – I said it on your Insta post and I’ll say it again. It hurts my heart that those nasty people said those things. You were the first person I followed to do at home workouts and I love your content. I know you had to step away from yourself, but I’m hoping one day you make videos just for your app. Love and hugs your way
Cassie, I have been using your app since Covid! Before that, I was taking your classes at 24 hour fitness, so when Covid hit, I You tubed to find some workout videos at home. And then found your app. I have been faithful ever since and have hardly been back to the gym. I absolutely love your app and love checking off my workouts. I think you are amazing and so positive and I’m so sorry there are haters out there! Don’t ever delete your app, I use it every day and brag on you whenever I get a chance! I would hate not seeing you every morning!
Cassie, my daughter and I started doing your videos during Covid. We love YOU, all of you, your inside, and your outside. You are a beautiful person through and through. I applaud you for choosing your mental health over other things. Just want you to know you are adored. I have been 314 lbs, I have been 155 lbs, and back again. YOU helped me to feel accepted, no matter what. You are a light and don’t dim it for anyone else.
Cassey, you’re such an inspiring person to me. You’re a role model and have changed my life for the better. Thanks to your videos, I’ve lost about 20 lbs and I feel so much better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Every time I watch one of your videos—whether it’s about fashion or fitness—I just think you’re absolutely stunning. You’re always glowing and inspiring and gorgeous, and I don’t know where I’d be without your videos. I’m so sorry people have hated on you, because you deserve all the love in the world. You’ve changed so many lives for the better, and we could never thank you enough.
Love you whichever path you choose to take Cassey!! You have always been such an inspiration.
That’s so sad. I am sorry you had to go through that. I love your videos and there is nothing wrong with you. People can be cruel. That’s unfortunately our world. Your a beautiful healthy women
I’ve been following you since day one on you YouTube channel. You inspired me to become an instructor. Now a reformer instructor going on 8 years, trying to build my platform and mental health congruently 💕 I have always appreciated how open and honest you are with your Mental health struggles as it pertains to social media, considering you are such a mega influencer, it sends that much more of a message. Our bodies never do what we “want” them to. It will never be good enough, and it will never definitely be good enough for anyone else. There are good days and bad days. Here’s for taking it one step at a time to have more of the good days and less of the bad
Im sorry people felt entitled to say such mean things to you. One thing I’ve learned is, adults, humans can be cruel worse then kids. I totally understand why you stopped videos, but remember God made you perfect just the way you are. And if some lse don’t understand genetics, there the one with self esteem issues, not you. Thrive and live your life your way. . 🙂
Cassey, I really loved your pilates videos. I love your joyful energy and your talks. It was like as if I was doing my workout with my best friend. You are perfect as you are, you are a beautiful woman. Please don’t let nasty people hurt you and force you to give up. 💐😘
I want to say thank you from those of us who loved your videos. As someone who had an eating disorder in the past, I found it so tough to find inspirational Pilates or yoga videos and yours were inclusive and had uplifting content which kept me coming back. I’m so sorry for the shaming you got online.. you didn’t deserve that and hope you know the difference you made with your videos!
Dear Cassey,
thank you for your content. It consistently stands out because you keep a clear line between business and real, well-researched training advice. Your workouts and insights are truly valuable and helpful…..and for the record: they are FUN— it’s rare to find that kind of quality today. Thanks for the effort you put into it. Really appreciate it since 2012!
Sincerely,
Mel from Hamburg, Germany
Cassey, this hurts my heart. I’m not asking you to start making fitness videos again, but I do want you to know what you have done for me. I struggled with my weight and body image all my life. Last summer, 2024, I was at myl owest point mentally. I was so depressed. In August I started working out consistently to your videos. I print off your calendars every month and follow your plan. At the end of this past August (one after following consistently) I lost 20 lbs and 10 inches overall. Those were great, but it didn’t compare to how your inspiration and motivation helped me. The days that were the hardest and I didn’t want to push play, those were the days that helped the most. It was like you saw me and knew what I needed to hear those days. People can be so mean but you are bright light, at least to me. Thank you for all your videos did to help me. Love, Elizabeth
Dear Cassey,
I’m so sorry to hear that you went through all this negativity. People can be so harsh and mean sometimes, especially women versus other women. Most of the time it’s out of jealousy, their own insecurity, …
You are beautiful, from the inside and outside. Don’t let them doubt yourself. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you.
All the best & take care,
Janine
(from The Netherlands)
I am so sorry that happened to you. Having only recently discovered your website, my main thought is “How nice of this lady to offer so many workout videos and a monthly calendar for FREE!” I also used your “Build a Bowl,” as a guide for when I need a reset or just an easy healthy dinner.
We are supposed to lift each other up and be supportive, yet, it’s heartbreaking that most of the hateful comments come from other women. To those mean girls I say, deal with your own insecurities instead of coming after someone who is actually putting good things in the world. And saying, “No offense, but….” is down right dumb. Starting it with “no offense,” just means you know it’s going to be offensive–you just admitted it. YOU KNOW IT”S OFFENSIVE, SO DON’T FINISH THE SENTENCE.
Cassey, here’s a quote that has helped me, “YOUR WORTH DOES NOT DECREASE BASED ON SOMEONE’S INABILITY TO SEE IT. ”
Love yourself and try not to get your validation from strangers on the internet. May this help to heal you at least a little bit.
I love your work and thank you for all that you have helped me with in my life.
